We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations and/or Analytics Generalist to join our team and play a key role in leading customer engagements. You will act as a RevOps/Analytics extension of our new customers, partnering with them to deliver value with the Reef platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, tackle challenging problems, and contribute to impactful AI projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with our customers, leading client engagements through operationalization and sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
- Lead and manage project timelines, customer requirements, and product requests to ensure our customers achieve value with Reef’s platform.
- Collaborate with our data science, data engineering, and product teams to translate customer preferences, business context, and data nuances into project deliverables.
- Communicate with various stakeholders internally and with our customers’ data/analytics, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, AI technologies, and customer analytics.
A Bit About You:
- You’re an operator. You have a track record of bridging the gap between delivering insights and driving action through effective planning and operationalization.
- You are fluent in data. You regularly use data to tell a story and influence decision making. You can analyze data, explore data warehouses, and translate customer data nuances and business context into project and/or product requirements for internal technical teams.
- You can see both the trees and the forest. You navigate easily between in the weeds, project details and keeping project milestones and outcomes on track.
- You can communicate complex insights in a simple, actionable way to both business and technical audiences. You can communicate across a variety of mediums, from detailed documentation in Notion to concise, customer-facing presentations.
- You are a collaborative problem solver. You partner with technical team members to identify creative solutions to overcome data and operational challenges.
- You’re eager to learn and contribute to a growing product and company! You have a learner’s mindset, always ready to receive/give feedback, and improve processes as we build them.
Skills You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience in an analytical and operational role, such as Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and project timelines.
- Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills to advocate for customer outcomes and timelines internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to stakeholders and customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to see additional opportunities for growth.
- Experience with customer analytics (such as churn prediction or propensity to buy analysis).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Salesforce, SQL, and Notion.
Bonus But Not Required:
- Solid understanding of navigating around Salesforce objects and data structures.
- Experience working with data engineers and data scientists.
- Experience working with systems administrators.
- Experience with Google BigQuery.
