About Reef.ai

Reef.ai is an AI-powered customer data, scoring, and recommendation platform. Reef leverages machine learning to deliver Outcome-Based Scoring, AI-led customer scores optimized for specific revenue outcomes.

Reef is addressing a significant gap in the market by taking on the highly valuable and nuanced problem of customer scoring and resource prioritization. We’re off to a great start with a strong team, an amazing product, and experienced, supportive investors. Now we’re looking to add the right people to help us take our next step towards becoming a market-defining company.

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations and/or Analytics Generalist to join our team and play a key role in leading customer engagements. You will act as a RevOps/Analytics extension of our new customers, partnering with them to deliver value with the Reef platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, tackle challenging problems, and contribute to impactful AI projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with our customers, leading client engagements through operationalization and sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Lead and manage project timelines, customer requirements, and product requests to ensure our customers achieve value with Reef’s platform.
  • Collaborate with our data science, data engineering, and product teams to translate customer preferences, business context, and data nuances into project deliverables.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders internally and with our customers’ data/analytics, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, AI technologies, and customer analytics.

A Bit About You:

  • You’re an operator. You have a track record of bridging the gap between delivering insights and driving action through effective planning and operationalization.
  • You are fluent in data. You regularly use data to tell a story and influence decision making. You can analyze data, explore data warehouses, and translate customer data nuances and business context into project and/or product requirements for internal technical teams.
  • You can see both the trees and the forest. You navigate easily between in the weeds, project details and keeping project milestones and outcomes on track.
  • You can communicate complex insights in a simple, actionable way to both business and technical audiences. You can communicate across a variety of mediums, from detailed documentation in Notion to concise, customer-facing presentations.
  • You are a collaborative problem solver. You partner with technical team members to identify creative solutions to overcome data and operational challenges.
  • You’re eager to learn and contribute to a growing product and company! You have a learner’s mindset, always ready to receive/give feedback, and improve processes as we build them.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • 5 years of experience in an analytical and operational role, such as Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and project timelines.
  • Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills to advocate for customer outcomes and timelines internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to stakeholders and customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to see additional opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with customer analytics (such as churn prediction or propensity to buy analysis).
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Salesforce, SQL, and Notion.

Bonus But Not Required:

  • Solid understanding of navigating around Salesforce objects and data structures.
  • Experience working with data engineers and data scientists.
  • Experience working with systems administrators.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery.

Why Reef:

  • Join a start-up solving a high-impact problem and backed by experienced leadership and investors.
